Do you sell a prebuilt software platform?
No. Nova Terra designs and implements custom workflows and business systems based on the client’s operation and requirements.
Will our team be able to use the system after the project?
Yes. The standard engagement includes implementation, documentation, and handoff so the client’s team can operate the system.
What platforms can you integrate?
This depends on the project. Nova Terra can work with CRMs, forms, email platforms, databases, APIs, automation platforms, and other business applications when technically supported.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. Whenever practical, Nova Terra builds around the systems the company already uses.
Who pays for third-party software?
Unless specifically included in the Scope of Work, software subscriptions, API usage, databases, and other third-party fees are the client’s responsibility.
What happens after launch?
Projects include 14 days of post-launch support for issues related to the approved scope. Ongoing management and optimization can be contracted separately.
How much does a project cost?
Most initial fixed-scope pilots are expected to fall around US$3,000–US$5,000+, depending on complexity and integrations. Larger projects are quoted separately.
